Introduction
Assist GP offers vital support to GP surgeries by handling discharge summaries and medication reconciliation. Jo Padmore, the founder, came to us after being referred by Sumin Moses, owner of Astra Health — a client we’ve supported for years.
Jo had a clear vision for the look and feel she wanted. She needed a digital presence that was modern, professional, and trustworthy — something that would help her stand out in a niche but essential healthcare field.
The Challenge
Launching a new business is no small task. Jo needed a partner who could not only bring her brand to life but also handle every detail behind the scenes — from design to content to technical setup.

Keyword research to identify relevant and high-intent phrases GPs and practice managers are likely to search
SEO-optimised structure, including H1–H3 headings, meta titles and descriptions, and alt text for all images
On-page SEO best practices, such as keyword placement, sentence variation, and page-level readability checks
Approx. 1,200 words of custom-written copy, tailored to the tone and needs of healthcare professionals

IT Support and Domain Setup

Tested all email functionality including sending, receiving, and spam filtering across devices

Connected the domain purchased via GoDaddy
Configured Wix nameservers and pointed the DNS to the correct IP addresses
Manually added and tested A records, CNAMEs, and TXT entries
